Shipping and Returns

Standard Delivery

FREE for orders of $99.95 and over or $12.50 for orders under $99.95 within Australia.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne and take about 1-7 business days Australia-wide (including capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas) and 5-10 business days for Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.

Any orders received after 4pm AEST are fulfilled and ready for delivery the next business day.

Returns/Exchange Policy

We will glady replace any product should you not be entirely satified for whatever reason. Please email our customer care service at customercare@gr8x.com.au for further instructions. All items are to be returned unsused, with its tags and its oringinal packaging withing 14 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange. Your refund will exclude the shipping costs. If your shipping costs was free, we will deduct the standard delivery fee of $12.50. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend contacting your local post office and selecting insured registered post as we are not liable for any lost return parcels.

Quality Assurance

We want to assure all of our customer that use our products, that we design and manufacture products to meet or exceed exacting standards.

It is important that when you purchase a baby bag, you have the peace of mind knowing that it is designed and manufactured to last more than a few months.
Which is why we stand by the quality of our manufacturing standards by offering a 12 month replacement' limited warranty' on gr8x bags.
We will replace or exchange the product, at our expense, should any defect of manufacture (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) occur within the 12 month period from date of purchase (within Australia).  We will need to evaluate the defect, so please email us at customercare@com.au so as we can advise you of the next steps.  If we cannot adequately evaluate the issue from photos emailed, we may request that the product be returned to us to further evaluate.  The product will need to be returned pre-paid and insured as items getting lost in the mail being returned to us are not our responsibility.
Terms and Conditions:
  • Please note proof of purchase is required as part of our warranty process.
  • This 'limited warranty' excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with the product’s care instructions, accidental damage, misuse and normal wear and tear. Damage due to misuse and failure of zip pulls and zip tracks is not therefore covered and is considered wear and tear.
  • Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or ageing and is a form of depreciation which can occur even when an item is used competently and with care and proper maintenance.  
  • If the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective product or accessory will be replaced. In the event of a product or accessory being replaced during the warranty period, the warranty on the replacement will expire at the original date ie. 12 months from the original purchase date.
  • Clearance and discontinued items will not be covered by our warranty.
  • Please note that accessories are not covered by this warranty, please view product packaging prior to purchase.
The replacement or exchange will be at the discretion of gr8x following the evaluation of the product. Your complete satisfaction is important to us and we want your product choice to exceed your expectations.

In the unlikely event you receive the incorrect product, please let us know immediately for exchange at our cost. Please ensure the product is returned in the condition in which it was received.
